SolutionBank, Inc. was founded in 1997 as an application development and systems integration firm. The company began to expand services to include Web-based systems and integrated marketing programs. In 2002, the company officially changed the name to SBI Group and acquired Lante, Razorfish, Scient and WebFlow. By the end of 2003, SBI.Razorfish had become the largest independent interactive advertising agency in the world, more than 900 consultants across 16 offices in North America and Europe.
SBI's cleints include nearly one quarter of the Fortune 100 companies, helping them to improve the performance of their systems and develop stronger relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and employees.
SBI was acquired in July 2004 by aQuantive, Inc. (NASDAQ:AQNT) for $160M.
