Founded in 1999, Gameday built a talented team with years of experience in the entertainment industry, with companies such as Fox Television, Motown Records, Walt Disney Home Entertainment, Sony Corporation, Columbia TriStar Pictures, Marvel Comics and Malibu Comics.
In 2000, in partnership with NFL Players and FOX Sports, GameDay published 'FootBall Heroes', a specialty magazine targeted to young football fans. In addition to exclusive player interviews, behind the scenes of FOX Sports, and special tour of the Wilson football factory, "Football Heroes" featured a series of original comics developed and produced by Gameday. These comics featured likeness of top NFL players using their football skills in fantastic scenarios such as "Gridiron Planet" and "Running-back in Time".
GameDay holds license from NFL Players for development of the "Football Heroes" properties for online, video and television animation, action figures and collectables, as well as console and computer video games.
