Futurevision
Futurevision was formed in 1999 as a joint venture between Silicon Stemcell and DBAC to develop, license and market intellectual property and proprietary technologies. DBAC contributed intellectual property assets to FutureVision, including several issued patents and registered trademarks.
Subsequently, FutureVision has entereded into several License and Know-How Agreements, including an agreement with Airclic, Inc. granting Airclic a license to develop, distrubute and sell the technology for interactive print mediums. These licenses are based on Interactive Advertising System and Device patent (U.S. Patent Number 5,946,646) held by Futurevision.
